Located at the Corporate Aviation facility in Milwaukee, and under direct
supervision from the base Chief Pilot, perform lead flight attendant duties as prescribed by company and aviation department policies and procedures, and, where applicable, Federal Aviation Regulations. Direct and ensure that aircraft passengers comply with aircraft safety procedures. Assist cockpit flight crew with aircraft cabin emergency preparedness, including, but not limited to, safety briefings and emergency evacuation. Provide passenger service, including, but not limited to, food and beverage service and logisitical assistance.
- Perform aircraft cabin safety pre-flight and post-flight checks in accordance
with department policies and procedures, and governmental and manufacturers’
directives.
- Provide passenger in-flight cabin service on company aircraft.
Requisition aircraft supplies and catering, and ensure aircraft stores, related
to passenger service and safety, are adequately maintained on-board company aircraft.
- Assist cockpit flight crew and ground crew with passenger enplaning and deplaning.
- Verify passenger manifests and coordinate changes with aircraft scheduler/dispatcher.
- Direct passenger emergency evacuation under supervision of pilot in command.
- Ensure aircraft cabin organization and cleanliness.
- Under direction of department standards manager, ensure consistency and adherence to department standard operating procedures related to flight
attendant duties and responsibilities on domestic and international executive
and shuttle flights.
Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a four year college degree or significant relevant experience. Must have flight attendant experience, with international
travel preparedness desirable. Must have the ability to meet and maintain
regulatory requirements on assigned aircraft. Strong customer service skills
are required. Must have solid oral and written communication skills, including
ability to do independent research, accomplish technical writing assignments, and conduct group presentations. Attend periodic cabin safety training, including, but not limited to, inflight aircraft and passenger medical emergencies. Food safety knowledge and food preparation skills (desired). Computer skills (Word, Excel & Powerpoint desired).
